Track your purchases, understand status updates, and manage your order history
There are several ways to track your purchase:
If you have an account, go to Account → Purchases to see all your purchases and their current status.
View My Purchases →Click the "Track Your Purchase" button in your order confirmation or shipping notification email. Guest purchases include a special link that doesn't require an account.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. Visit the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and enter your tracking number for real-time updates.
Your purchase has been received and is awaiting processing.
Payment confirmed. The seller is preparing your purchase.
Your items are being handcrafted or prepared for shipment.
Your purchase is on its way! Track it using the provided tracking number.
Your purchase has been delivered. Enjoy your Montana-made treasures!
This purchase has been canceled. Any payment will be refunded.
Because many items on 406 Makers are handcrafted to order, cancellation policies vary by seller. Here's what you should know:
Standard vs personalized offers
Some listings include a personalized purchase choice that reveals a buyer text field before checkout. Standard choices stay text-free, while personalized choices collect the exact wording the maker needs.
Note: Shipped purchases cannot be modified. You may need to initiate a return after delivery.
