All orders on 406 Makers ship exclusively via USPS. When you place an order, shipping is calculated based on the actual weight and dimensions of your items. Your maker generates a shipping label and drops your package at the nearest USPS location.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order. We use real-time USPS rates to ensure you get the best price. There is a $5.00 minimum shipping charge on all orders.
Rates start at $5.00 and are calculated from the actual weight and size of your package. Larger or heavier items may cost more. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
At checkout, we show available real-time USPS services for your address and package details. If faster USPS options are available, you can select them before payment.
Digital gift cards are delivered instantly via email. Physical gift cards ship via USPS with rates shown at checkout.
Buyers pay for shipping at checkout. The exact rate is always displayed before you complete your purchase — no surprises!
Delivery time includes both processing time (when the maker prepares your order) and shipping transit time with USPS.

Canada: USPS transit to Canada typically takes 6-10 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Note: Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays) or due to weather conditions, especially shipping from rural Montana areas.
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer than delivery estimates for the continental US.
We also ship to Canada via USPS using a DAP (Delivered at Place) model. Shipping rates for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
Since we ship exclusively via USPS, we can deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) at no additional cost.
406 Makers is based in Montana, and our makers ship from locations across the state. Delivery times are estimated from the time of shipment and may vary depending on your distance from Montana.
Every order on 406 Makers includes USPS tracking. You'll receive updates automatically as your package moves through the postal system.
Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the label is created. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact the seller.
If you need to return an item, the return shipping cost depends on the reason:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, the seller covers return shipping. A prepaid USPS return label will be provided.
For returns due to change of mind, the buyer covers return shipping costs. A return label can be generated from your order page.
