All payments are processed through our secure payment partners. Sellers are responsible for any applicable platform fees and payment processing fees as outlined in our Seller Agreement. Buyers are responsible for the full purchase price plus any applicable shipping costs and taxes. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice to affected parties.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 406 MT Makers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant us a license to display and promote their content on our platform. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission.
406 MT Makers is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by third-party sellers. We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any transactions conducted through the platform.
In the event of a dispute between buyers and sellers, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If resolution cannot be reached, you may contact our support team for assistance. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Montana and resolved in the courts of Montana.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
